COMING UP WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING

September 2017 - Autumn Evening Show Viv, our floral art judge, gave us an insight into what she looks for when judging the exhibits, what is good and how a few changes would have enhanced them. John picked out some of the flower and vegetable exhibits and explained why they received 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Thanks to Ightham Gardeners' for entering the Inter Society Cup. We won joint first with them so will share the cup this year. Congratulations to our prize winners and thanks to those who entered/helped/visited.

HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE LONGFIELD COUNTRY MARKET?
It is a small co-operative market run by local people for the benefit of the community.
All its products for sale are home-made, home produced or locally sourced.
For the keen gardener, we have seasonally available plants and cut flowers.
The market is open every Friday from 10.30am until 11.30am
at Long Valley Hall from January 13th 2017 until December 22nd 2017 except on Good Friday.
Refreshments and a free car park are also available.

CONTINUING - COOPERATION WITH OTHER LOCAL GARDENING CLUBS
